食品模拟物的定容对不锈钢保温杯迁移试验的影响研究

摘要 不锈钢食品包装材料迁移量的检测,是食品安全领域中不可或缺的研究,如今人们普遍使用各式各样的不锈钢保温杯,对其迁移量检测的科学性和准确性就显得尤为重要。分析了不锈钢保温杯砷、镉、铬、镍、铅迁移量测定的相关标准,提出在预处理试验中定容环节的标准操作空白,设计了食品模拟物定容对不锈钢保温杯迁移试验的影响试验,在食品模拟物减小的不同时刻进行定容,得到迁移结果,并做了比对试验。研究表明,虽然个别元素的迁移量存在变化规律,但是食品模拟物的定容对试验结果没有明显影响,对最终的试验结论没有影响。分析结论,最后对试验研究提出了改进和展望。 The detection of migration of stainless steel food packaging materials is an indispensable research in the field of food safety.Nowadays,people generally use various stainless steel vacuum flasks,and the scientificity and accuracy of the detection of migration are particularly important.This article analyzes the relevant standards for the determination of arsenic,cadmium,chromium,nickel,and lead migration in stainless steel vacuum flasks,puts forward the standard operation blanks in the constant volume link in the pretreatment test,and designs the migration test of the food simulant constant volume to the stainless steel vacuum flask.The impact test was carried out at different times when the food simulant was reduced,the migration results were obtained,and a comparison test was done.Studies have shown that although there are changes in the migration of individual elements,the constant volume of the food simulant has no obvious effect on the test results,and has no effect on the final test conclusions.Analyze the conclusions,and finally put forward improvements and prospects for the experimental research.
