基于模拟电流闭环控制的智能液压策略研究

摘要 本文采用马达转速闭环和模拟电流闭环控制技术,旨在对压路机振动系统液压马达设定转速与实际转速进行闭环控制,求得液压泵设定电流,并利用流量守恒定律,根据液压马达实际转速实时计算液压泵实际电流,计算的实际电流与液压泵设定电流进行模拟电流闭环控制,利用PID控制调节液压泵电磁阀设定占空比,最终通过控制占空比使得液压泵实际电流跟随需求电流。此技术可提高压路机的环境适应性,实现对无实际反馈电流通道的被控对象的精确控制,满足客户的使用需求。 In this paper,motor speed closed-loop and simulation current closed-loop control technology are used to control the set speed and actual speed of hydraulic motor of roller vibration system,and the set current of hydraulic pump is obtained.And using the law of conservation of flow,according to the actual speed of the hydraulic motor real-time calculation of the actual current of the hydraulic pump,the calculated actual current and the set current of the hydraulic pump simulation current closed-loop control,using PID control to adjust the hydraulic pump solenoid valve set duty ratio.Finally,the actual current of hydraulic pump follows the demand current by controlling the duty cycle.This technology can improve the environmental adaptability of the roller,realize the precise control of the controlled object without actual feedback current channel,and meet the needs of customers.
