基于季节规律和二次供水模式的饮用水水质安全风险 被引量:8

摘要 对上海某区域管网9个管网采样点和13个二次供水采样点,进行30项水质指标,包括化学指标、生物指标、感官指标等连续一年的水质监测。结果表明,目前浦东供水片区的主要水质安全风险点为微生物指标;其中,菌落总数和异养菌菌落总数受季节影响较大,夏季在居民龙头水处可能存在一定风险。针对二次供水不同供水单元研究结果表明,水池水箱、街坊管道和立管均会对水质产生影响,其中工频加水箱供水模式4~6楼用户龙头水质存在较高的生物安全风险。针对528个样本的相关性分析结果表明,微生物指标主要受总氯和温度影响,因此,通过小区改造控制余氯衰减是保障二次供水水质安全的重要手段。针对528个样本数据,统计分析针对不同菌落总数达标比例的总氯控制限值,总氯质量浓度需≥0.09 mg/L时,95.20%样本细菌总数达标;总氯质量浓度≥0.15 mg/L,97.55%样本细菌总数达标;总氯质量浓度≥0.30 mg/L,99.07%样本细菌总数达标。针对不同供水区域的总氯情况,选择相应的改造模式,降低余氯衰减的速率,是提升水质安全保障的重要途径,该研究为后续二次供水改造及水质安全保障提供技术支持。 Through the investigation of 30 water quality indices at 9 sampling sites of the water distribution system and 13 sampling sites of different modes of secondary water supply system in Shanghai for one year,the results showed that the main water quality safety risk of the water supply system is biological safety.The total number of colonies and heterotrophic plate colonies count were greatly affected by seasons.In summer,there had risks at the tap water.For different secondary water supply systems,the results showed that the water tank,pipeline,and riser had an impact on the water quality,especially,the tap water quality of 4~6 floors supplied by roof water tank had a high biological safety risk in summer.The correlation analysis results of 528 samples showed that the biological indices are mainly affected by chlorine concentration and temperature.Maintaining a minimum level of chlorine residual is an important means to ensure the safety of secondary water supply quality.According to the water quality detection for one year,the total chlorine control limit for different proportion of total bacterial colonies was statistically analyzed.Based on the detection of 528 samples,95.20%,97.55%,and 99.07% of the total bacterial colonies up to water quality standard,the total chlorine concentration needed to be more than 0.09,0.15 mg/L and 0.30 mg/L,separately.According to the total chlorine situation in different water supply areas,it is an important way to improve water quality security to choose the corresponding transformation mode and reduce the decay rate of residual chlorine.This study provides technical support for the protection of water safety in secondary water supply systems.
