摘要
本研究以硝酸消解样品,采用标准加入法用电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP-OES)法测定水质中痕量Tl。样品经浓缩后用电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP-OES)法测定,更少量的Tl或金属离子含量较高的溶液采用浓缩后定量加入Tl标准进行扩大后引入电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP-OES)测定。研究采用精密度实验和加标回收实验进行验证,测定结果稳定并与实验配制标准值吻合,加标回收率在95%~105%之间,回收率良好。并与以Re为内标元素,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法直接测定水质样品中痕量Tl的国标方法作比对,结果吻合。几种方法共同验证电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP-OES)法测定水质中痕量Tl的可行性。
In this study, trace thallium in water was determined by ICP-OES with a standard addition method after the sample was digested with nitric Inductively coupled plasma. The sample was concentrated and determined by Inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy(ICP-OES), smaller amounts of thallium or higher concentrations of metal ions were determined by concentration followed by quantitative addition of thallium to the standard expanded by Inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy(ICP-OES). Precision experiment and recovery experiment were used to verify the results. The results were stable and in good agreement with the standard value. The recovery rate was between 95% and 105%. The results were in good agreement with those of the national standard method for the direct determination of trace thallium in water samples by ICP-MS with rhenium as internal standard Inductively coupled plasma. The feasibility of ICP-OES Inductively coupled plasma for the determination of trace thallium in water was verified by several methods.
