摘要
传统纺织印染行业作为高排放行业之一,在“双碳”背景下有强烈的转型动机。面对巨大的减污降碳压力,分析了印染行业在碳约束条件下生存经营的现状与瓶颈,从政府、企业、地方部门等方面,梳理印染行业低碳化生产的可行性路径,并针对各个路径进行具体讨论,为印染行业绿色可持续发展提供建议与支撑。
As one of the high emission industries,the traditional textile printing and dyeing industry has a strong motivation for transformation under the background of"dual-carbon".In the face of huge pressure of pollution reduction and carbon reduction,the current situation and bottleneck of the printing and dyeing industry under the condition of carbon constraint are analyzed,and the feasible path of low-carbon production in the printing and dyeing industry is sorted out from the three aspects of the government,enterprises and local departments,and the specific discussion is carried out for each path to provide suggestions and support for the green and sustainable development of the printing and dyeing industry.
