The Device and Method for Direct Tensile Tests of Rock

摘要 岩石直接拉伸(单轴拉伸)试验是测试岩石抗拉强度、拉伸变形模量最准确的方法。为解决目前直接拉伸试验装置结构复杂、无法避免弯扭的问题,提出采用等边角铝作为对中粘接装置,芳纶纤维绳与两个吊环组合作为拉伸装置。针对岩样直径在不同高度处和不同方向上的差异,提出垫纸条的对中粘接方法。在铝棒的侧面粘贴6个应变片,多次拉伸试验测出铝棒偏心距e最大为0.24 mm,最小仅为0.04 mm,验证了该对中粘接装置及方法在开展直接拉伸试验方面有很好的效果。开展了2个岩样的拉伸试验,测试出岩石较准确的拉伸力学参数。该套装置具有结构简单、制作成本低的优点,适合于在岩石直接拉伸试验中推广应用。 Direct tensile(uniaxial tensile) test is the most accurate method to test the tensile strength and deformation modulus of rock. In order to overcome the problems of complex structure, unable to avoid bending and torsion of the current direct tensile test device, the equilateral angle aluminum is used as the centering bonding device, and the combination of aramid fiber rope and two rings is used as the stretching device. For the difference of rock sample diameter at different heights or in different directions, the centering bonding method of padding up with paper strips is proposed. Six strain gauges are pasted on the side of the aluminum bar. Several tensile tests show that the maximum eccentricity e is 0.24 mm, and the minimum eccentricity e is only 0.04 mm. It is verified that the centering bonding devices and method have good effect in direct tensile test. Then the tensile tests of two rock samples have been carried out, and the more accurate tensile mechanical parameters of rock can be get. The devices have the advantages of simple structure and low production cost, which is suitable for popularized application in uniaxial direct tensile test of rock.
