摘要
本文总结中药膏摩联合耳穴贴压缓解1例乳腺增生症疼痛患者的护理经验。根据乳房的解剖结构,乳腺生理状态受激素水平影响下呈周期性变化的规律,采用乳腺中药膏摩联合耳穴贴压技术,结合中西医护理措施,明显改善患者乳房疼痛症状,减轻患者焦虑。
This paper summarized the effect and related nursing management of Chinese herb⁃al medicine cream external application combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy in pain relief for a patient with hyperplasia of mammary glands.According to the anatomical structure of the breast and the physiological state of the breast under the influence of hormone levels,Chinese herbal cream external application combined with auricular acupoint pressing technique were car⁃ried out.Integrated nursing measures were carried out to relieve pain symptoms and anxiety status of the patient during the treatment.
