摘要
本文总结了1例中风后II期压疮患者的治疗及护理经验。护理措施包括护理评估、基础护理、中药酒大黄涂药治疗,通过辨证施护,以充分改善患者压疮症状,减轻患者痛苦。
This article summarized the treatment and nursing experience of a patient with stage II pressure sore after stroke.The main nursing measures of TCM included nursing evaluation,basic nursing and wine rhubarb drug external application.TCM nursing by syndrome differentiation is effective in would healing and pain relief in patient with stage II pressure sore after stroke.
