炭黑填充天然橡胶材料动态非线性特性研究

摘要 加入炭黑可以显著改善橡胶材料的各种力学性能,同时使材料表现出显著的动态非线性特性,即Payne效应。该文探索了炭黑填充天然橡胶材料的动态非线性特性,发现材料的非线性具有明显的温度依赖性。当温度低于0℃时,材料的非线性特性随温度的降低而增强;当温度高于0℃时,温度对材料非线性特性的影响降低。当幅值较小时,填充橡胶材料非线性动态力学性能的频率依赖性比幅值较大的情况更强。利用Maier-G?ritz模型探究了非线性动态力学特性温度和频率相关性的机理,结果显示,填料网络和结合胶随温度、加载频率的变化是影响材料动态非线性动态力学特性温度和频率依赖的主要原因。
