低氧低氮燃烧技术在煤粉工业锅炉上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为有效解决煤粉工业锅炉使用中受限于锅炉吨位、时间空间尺度,低氮燃烧效率低等问题,提出了基于低氮燃烧器设备的新型燃烧利用工艺,并在40 t/h低压过热蒸汽煤粉工业锅炉进行了现场试验。试验结果表明:锅炉负荷较高时,NO_(x)初始排放质量浓度升高,低氧配风燃烧方式的低氮效率可达15%;空气分级配风能够降低锅炉NO_(x)初始排放质量浓度,空气分级时应保证三次风风速能够与中心火焰接触,增强空气分级的效果。 In order to effectively solve the problems of limited boiler tonnage, time and space scale, and low low-nitrogen combustion efficiency in the use of pulverized coal industrial boilers, a new combustion and utilization process based on low-nitrogen burner equipment was proposed. Field tests of superheated steam pulverized coal industrial boilers were carried out. The test results show that: when the boiler load is high, the initial emission mass concentration of NO_(x)increases, and the low-nitrogen efficiency of the low-oxygen air distribution combustion method can reach 15%;graded air distribution can reduce the initial emission mass concentration of NO_(x)from the boiler, it should be ensured that the wind speed of the tertiary air can contact the central flame to improve the effect of air classification.
