摘要
断层是煤矿开采过程中经常遇到的一种地质构造,对煤矿的安全生产有着重大的影响,因此,需要根据实际情况选择合适的过断层技术。分析了断层对安全开采的危害,包括引发大面积冒顶、冲击地压、突水以及煤与瓦斯突出等;探讨了目前常用的过断层技术,包括跳采法和平推硬过法;重点阐述了过断层时应该采取的安全措施,主要有加强支护、加强对断层的勘探、降低工作面回采速度和加强瓦斯管理,以期为综采工作面过断层提供一定的技术指导。
Fault is a kind of geological structure frequently encountered in the process of coal mining, which has a significant impact on the safe production of coal mines. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the appropriate technology of crossing fault according to the actual situation. This paper analyzed the hazards of fault to safe mining, including triggering large area roofing,impact pressure, water inrush and protrusion of coal and gas, etc.;discussed the common technology of crossing fault, including jump mining method and flat-push hard-crossing method;highlighted the safety measures that should be taken when crossing the fault, mainly including strengthening support, strengthening exploration of the fault, reducing the working face recovery speed and strengthening gas management, in order to provide some technical guidance for the fully mechanized mining face crossing fault. It is expected to provide some technical guidance for the fault crossing of fully mechanized mining face.
