在锅炉运行过程中,确保四管安全是基础保障,能够促进发电机组稳定工作,若出现泄漏问题将严重影响生产效率,并带来一定经济损失。本文探讨了锅炉四管泄漏的规律,包括泄漏原因和机器运行现象,分析了具体解决措施,包括规范管材质量、优化结构布局、加强运行管理、提升防治管理效率,其中具体阐述了设定标准定值、控制操作规范、保护与自动,为日后优化锅炉运行的安全提供参考。
In the process of boiler operation,ensuring the safety of the four pipes is the basic guarantee,which can promote the stable operation of the generator set.If there is a leakage problem,it will seriously affect the production efficiency and bring certain economic losses.This paper discusses the law of leakage of the four tubes of the boiler,including the causes of leakage and the phenomenon of machine operation,and analyzes the specific solutions,including standardizing the quality of tubes,optimizing the structure layout,strengthening operation management,and improving the efficiency of prevention and control management.Value,control operation specification,protection and automatic,provide a reference for optimizing the safety of boiler operation in the future.
