摘要
目的评价在麻醉恢复室应用基于能级的小组责任制整体护理的效果。方法进行护理人员能级划分,制定小组责任制整体护理方案,选拔责任组长,实施齿轮排班制。观察实施前后麻醉恢复室中并发症识别率、医生、护理人员、患者的满意度以及评估工作质量。结果整体护理方案实施后,护理人员在安全管理、病房管理、专科护理、基础护理和健康教育等指标的评分均明显改善,护理质量整体提高(P<0.05);麻醉科及外科医生、护理人员及患者对于护理工作满意度较实施前提高(P<0.05);与实施前相比,护理人员对于麻醉后并发症:循环不稳定、出血、低氧血症及其他的识别率上升,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论应用以能级为基础的小组责任制整体护理具有良好效果,可以提高医护人员及患者的满意度,改善护理质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of holistic nursing of group responsibility system based on energy level in anesthesia recovery room.Methods The level of nursing staff was divided,the overall nursing plan of group responsibility system was formulated,the responsible group leader was selected,and the gear shift system was implemented.To observe the complication recognition rate,the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients in anesthesia recovery room before and after implementation and evaluate the quality of work.Results After the implementation of the holistic nursing program,the scores of nursing staff in safety management,ward management,specialized nursing,basic nursing and health education were significantly improved,and the overall quality of nursing was improved(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of anesthesiology department and surgeons,nursing staff and patients was higher than that before implementation(P<0.05).Compared with before implementation,the recognition rate of nursing staff for post-anesthesia complications,such as circulation instability,bleeding,hypoxemia and other complications increased,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group responsibility system based on energy level has a good effect on holistic nursing,which can improve the satisfaction of medical staff and patients and improve the quality of nursing.
