摘要
目的分析综合干预管理模式在医院感染防控中的应用价值。方法选取本院2020年7月-2021年6月收治的1400例住院患者和20名相应护理人员为研究对象,根据不同的干预管理模式将住院患者和护理人员等分为对照组和研究组,给予对照组700例患者和10名护理人员常规干预管理,给予研究组700例患者和10名护理人员综合干预管理,观察对比两组患者的满意度、感染率和护理人员的医院感染防控意识、护理质量。结果研究组护理人员护理质量总评分为(44.63±2.90)分,高于对照组的(39.06±2.85)分,基础护理、无菌操作、病房管理等各项评分也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时研究组护理人员的医院感染防控意识也优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的感染率为0.71%,明显低于对照组的2.29%;而护理满意度也明显高于对照组,数据差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论对医护人员与患者实施综合干预管理模式能有效降低医院感染的发生率,且能提升医护人员的专业能力和患者满意度,且对于降低感染率有积极意义,值得在各个医院广泛推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application value of the comprehensive intervention management model in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections.Methods The 1,400 inpatients and 20 corresponding nursing staff admitted in our hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different intervention management models,the inpatients and nursing staff were divided into the control group and the study.In the control group,700 patients and 10 nurses in the control group were given routine intervention management,and 700 patients and 10 nurses in the study group were given comprehensive intervention management.Control awareness and quality of care.Results The total score of nursing quality of nursing staff in the study group was(44.63±2.90)points,which was higher than that of the control group(39.06±2.85).The scores of basic nursing,aseptic operation,and ward management were also higher than those of the control group,it is statistically significant(P<0.05);at the same time,the nurses in the study group have better awareness of nosocomial infection prevention and control than the control group(P<0.05);the infection rate of patients in the study group is 0.71%,which is significantly lower than that of the control group 2.29%;And the nursing satisfaction is also significantly higher than the control group,the data difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a comprehensive intervention management model for medical staff and patients can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections,and can improve the professional capabilities of medical staff and patient satisfaction.It has a positive significance in reducing the infection rate and is worthy of widespread promotion and application in various hospitals.
