摘要
近年来,随着老龄化时代的到来,我国老年人数量明显增多,同时半失能、失能、患慢性病老人数量增多。老年人对养老、健康有着较为迫切的需求,老年人的养老问题成为了目前摆在社会面前亟待解决的重大民生问题。原来那种“养儿防老”的传统养老模式已无法满足现代老年人的养老需求,将养老资源与医疗资源紧密结合,构建“医养康养结合”的养老服务体系,为老年人提供全方位、高品质的养老和医疗服务,是老龄化背景下解决老年人养老问题的有效途径。基于此,本文以江苏为例,首先对“医养康养结合”养老模式进行了概述,然后分析了江苏发展“医养康养结合”养老服务体系的发展背景,接着讲解了江苏“医养康养结合”养老服务体系存在的问题,最后提出了江苏“医养康养结合”养老服务体系的完善策略,希望能对提高江苏“医养康养结合”养老服务体系建设水平提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。
In recent years,with the advent of the aging era,the number of elderly people in China has increased significantly,while the number of semi disabled,disabled and chronically ill elderly people has increased.The elderly have urgent needs for pension and health.The pension problem of the elderly has become a major livelihood problem that needs to be solved urgently in front of the society.The original traditional pension model of"raising children and preventing old age"can no longer meet the pension needs of modern elderly people.It is an effective way to solve the pension problems of the elderly under the background of aging to closely combine pension resources with medical resources,build a pension service system of"combination of medical care and health care",and provide all-round and high-quality pension and medical services for the elderly.Based on this,taking Jiangsu as an example,this paper first summarizes the"combination of medical care and health care"elderly care model,then analyzes the development background of Jiangsu's"combination of medical care and health care"elderly care service system,then explains the problems existing in Jiangsu's"combination of medical care and health care"elderly care service system,and finally puts forward the improvement strategy of Jiangsu's"combination of medical care and health care"elderly care service system,It is hoped that it can provide some useful references for improving the construction level of the"combination of medical care and health care"elderly care service system in Jiangsu.
