PCT、hs-CRP联合检测对儿童感染性疾病类型的鉴别作用

摘要 目的探讨PCT、hs-CRP联合检测对儿童感染性疾病类型的鉴别作用。方法选取2021年1~6月本院收治的200例感染性患儿为研究对象,其中细菌性感染组、病毒性感染组各100例,另选同期于本院进行健康体检的100例健康儿童为对照组,三组均行降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测,对三组检测结果进行比较。结果细菌性感染组、病毒性感染组患儿血清PCT、hs-CRP水平均较对照组高(P<0.05),细菌性感染组患儿血清PCT、hs-CRP水平较病毒性感染组患儿高(P<0.05);血清PCT、hs-CRP联合检测对细菌性感染诊断灵敏度、特异性分别为94.36%、95.18%,对病毒性感染诊断灵敏度、特异性分别为79.46%、81.68%,均较单项检查高(P<0.05)。结论PCT、hs-CRP联合检测在儿童感染性疾病类型中鉴别价值较高,可有效鉴别病毒性感染与细菌性感染,联合检测可提高临床诊断灵敏度及特异性,为临床进一步治疗提供可靠指导意见。 Objective To explore the differential diagnostic value of combined detection of PCT and hs-CRP in children with infectious diseases.Methods 200 infectious children treated in our hospital from January to June 2021 were selected as the research object,including 100 cases in bacterial infection group and 100 cases in viral infection group,and 100 healthy children who underwent physical examination in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.The three groups were tested for procalcitonin(PCT)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP).The test results of the three groups were compared.Results The levels of serum PCT and hs CRP in bacterial infection group and viral infection group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum PCT and hs CRP in bacterial infection group were higher than those in viral infection group(P<0.05);The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of serum PCT and hs CRP in the diagnosis of bacterial infection were 94.36%and 95.18%respectively,and in the diagnosis of viral infection were 79.46%and 81.68%respectively,which were higher than those of single examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of PCT and hs-CRP in children with infectious diseases is of high value.It can effectively identify viral infection and bacterial infection.Combined detection can improve the sensitivity and specificity of clinical diagnosis,and provide reliable guidance for further clinical treatment.
