摘要
目的观察新生儿继发乳糖不耐受症患儿接受双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗的临床疗效及病情康复情况。方法从南京医科大学附属江宁医院于2020年1月-2021年12月期间收治的新生儿继发乳糖不耐受症患儿中随机选择87例作为研究对象,并按照信封法将其分为对照组(n=43)及治疗组(n=44),对照组接受低乳糖配方奶+蒙脱石散,治疗组接受低乳糖配方奶+双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗后止泻时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组临床治疗总有效率79.07%,治疗组(95.45%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.286,P=0.021)。结论在对新生儿继发乳糖不耐受症患儿展开治疗期间,给予其双歧杆菌三联活菌散,患儿临床症状改善效果更佳,治疗效果更加显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and recovery of neonates with secondary lactose intolerance treated with Bifidobacterium trisporium.Methods 87 cases of neonates with secondary lactose intolerance admitted to Jiangning Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected as study subjects.And they were divided into control group(n=43)and treatment group(n=44)according to the envelope method.The control group received low lactose formula+montelukast,and the treatment group received low lactose formula+bifidobacterium trituberculatum.The clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The time to stop diarrhea and hospital stay after treatment in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment was 79.07%,and the treatment group(95.45%)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.286,P=0.021).Conclusion During the treatment of neonates with secondary lactose intolerance,bifidobacterium triptans was given to the children,and the clinical symptoms of the children improved more effectively and the treatment effect was more significant.
