摘要
目的探讨小儿急性胃炎患儿的中西医结合治疗效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月期间就诊于汕尾市第二人民医院的110例小儿急性胃炎患儿作为本次研究对象,以随机抽签法将患儿分为研究组和对照组,各55例,对照组的干预方案为枯草杆菌二联活菌,研究组患儿的干预方案为枯草杆菌二联活菌和保济口服液,对比两组患儿的治疗有效率、症状改善时间、中医症状积分、生活质量评分。结果研究组治疗有效率为98.18%,明显高于对照组的85.45%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.356,P<0.05);研究组患儿的恶心、呕吐停止时间和腹痛消失时间和对照相比均明显较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿的各项中医症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的SF-36评分为(96.35±10.38)分高于对照组的(89.62±12.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用保济口服液和西药联合治疗小儿急性胃炎患儿获得了较好的治疗效果,其可有效缓解临床症状,提升生活质量,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To explore the effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for children with pediatric acute gastritis.Methods 110 children with pediatric acute gastritis who admitted to The Second People's Hospital of Shanwei during March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study,and the children were divided into the study group and the control group by random sampling method,55 cases in each group.The intervention program for the control group was Bacillus subtilis diphtheriae,and the intervention program for the study group was Bacillus subtilis diphtheriae and Baoji oral liquid.The treatment efficiency,symptom improvement time,TCM symptom score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was 98.18%,which was higher than that of the control group(85.45%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.356,P<0.05).The time of cessation of nausea and vomiting and the time of disappearance of abdominal pain were shorter in the study group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all the TCM symptom scores of the children in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of patients in the study group was(96.35±10.38)points,higher than that in the control group[(89.62±12.45)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of children with pediatric acute gastritis with Baoji oral liquid and western medicine has obtained better therapeutic effects,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
