摘要
“十三五”以来,国家电网公司加大了对基建工程的投资力度,变电工程造价精准化管理趋势日趋明显,变电工程的准确的快速报价就至关重要。结合基础建设工程体量大,精准管理的要求,本文提出了基于灰色关联模型的最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)的变电工程快速报价模型,利用灰色关联模型,选取对变电工程造价关联程度大的影响因素,以更有效的降低LSSVM陷入“维数灾难”的风险,并与直接采用LSSVM模型预测结果对比分析,验证了本文所提出的模型的预测精度较高,在变电工程造价快速报价中具有一定的实用性。
Since the 13th five-year-plan,the State Grid has increased its investment in infrastructure projects,and the precise management of substation project cost is becoming more obvious,which is important for the accurate and fast quotation of substation projects.Considering the requirement of large scale and precise management for infrastructure,this paper presents a fast quotation based on least square support vector machine(LSSVM)combining with grey correlation mode.By using grey correlation model,the factor of large correlation degree can be selected,which can reduce the risk of LSSVM falling into"dimension disaster".Compared the presented model with LSSVM without using grey correlation model,the result shows that,the model proposed in this paper has a higher accuracy,which is practicable for fast quotation of substation projects.
