摘要
解决直播稻出苗不齐的问题,在保证整地质量的基础上,选用顶土能力强的水稻品种尤为关键。本研究以10个水稻品种为试验材料,通过砂培试验,测定发芽指标和叶片生理生化指标,分析10个品种的顶土能力。结果表明:10个品种的发芽率、发芽势、根长、苗高、茎粗、地上部鲜重干重、地下部鲜重干重、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、过氧化物酶活性、丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量均有所差异。综合发芽和幼苗生长指标,通过聚类分析得出顶土能力最强品种1个,为‘隆优619’;顶土能力较强品种4个,分别为‘东-45’‘津川1号’‘津稻175’‘津原45’;顶土能力中等的品种1个,为‘U99’;顶土能力弱的品种4个,分别是‘津糯3号’‘金稻777’‘津原89’‘津原E28’。
It was especially important to select rice varieties with strong deep-sowing germination ability in order to solve the problem of incompetence emergence of direct seeding rice. The deep-sowing germination ability of 10 rice varieties in sand culture were analyzed by determining germination indexes and physiological and biochemical indexes of leaf. The results showed that the germination rate, germination potential, root length, seedling height, stem diameter, fresh weight and dry weight of above ground and underground, soluble protein, soluble sugar, POD activity, MDA content, chlorophyll content and carotene content were different among the 10 rice varieties. Based on the comprehensive indicators of germination and seedling growth,‘Longyou 619’ was identified with strong deep-sowing germination ability by cluster analysis. The four varieties of ‘Dong-45’‘Jinchuan 1’ ‘Jindao 175’ and ‘Jinyuan 45’ were of high deep-sowing germination ability;‘U99’ cultivar was medium in deep-sowing germination ability;the four varieties of ‘Jinnuo 3’ ‘Jindao 777’ ‘Jinyuan 89’ and ‘Jinyuan E28’ were weak in deep-sowing germination ability.
