摘要
高校学生管理工作是高校统筹做好公共卫生事件防控工作的重点之一,是贯彻落实国家关于公共卫生事件防控系列政策的保障,也是立德树人根本任务落实的现实需要。网格化管理具有覆盖全面、通达性强、全方位一体化、精准化及可操作性强等特点,是突发公共卫生事件校园全封闭管理情况下抓好高校学生管理工作的破题之举,也是对高校安全管理方式进行的创造性改革。科学合理地构建网格化管理体制,同时对学生的心理健康进行干预,强化人文关怀和服务保障,是高校网格化管理模式的创新之举。
The management of students is one of the key points for colleges and universities to do a good job in the overall planning of public health emergency prevention and control. It is the guarantee for the implementation of the national series of policies on public health emergency prevention and control, and is also the practical need for the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and morality. Grid management has the characteristics of full coverage,strong accessibility,all-round integration,accuracy and operability. Under the background of the normalization of public health emergency prevention and control,it is a breakthrough in the management of college students,and also a creative reform in the way of college security management. According to the management system and division of responsibilities of each grass-roots unit,scientific division of personnel grid levels and management units,intervention of students’ mental health,and at the same time strengthening of humanistic care and service guarantee are innovations of universities grid management.
