摘要
社会经济的发展加速了建筑行业的进步,人们对建筑有了更多的要求,不仅对建筑物的观赏性、经济性、实用性有了更高的追求,也越来越关注建筑装饰装修工程质量.基于此,本文对建筑装饰装修施工技术管理的价值进行分析,对建筑工程装饰装修施工过程中的关键技术进行探究,结合现有工程的实际情况,充分理解设计意图,加强质量控制管理,维护装饰装修工作的顺利进行.
The development of society and economy has accelerated the progress of the construction industry,and people have more requirements for construction,not only have a higher pursuit of ornamentation,economy and practicality of buildings,but also pay more attention to the quality of building decoration projects.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the value of technical management of building decoration construction,explores the key technologies in the process of decoration construction of construction engineering,fully understands the design intention in combination with the actual situation of existing projects,strengthens quality control management,and maintains the smooth progress of decoration work.
