摘要
常规医院项目净高分析使用二维管线剖面图,管线综合布设不全面,难以细致分析特殊区域净高,导致与实施情况存在较大差异.以某医院项目为例,应用BIM技术,改进项目净高分析方法.利用Revit软件分析特殊区域空间结构,提取机电管线排布信息,导出空间数据;结合整体装修做法,寻找净高最不利位置和重点环节,绘制管线剖面图,实现净高分析目标.经实际工程应用,该方法对医院项目净高分析结果偏差较小,有一定实践意义.
The two-dimension pipeline profile is used in the net analysis of hospital project net height,the pipeline profile cannot be well laidout,it is difficult to analyze the net height of special areas in detail,resulting in great differences from the implementation.Taking a hospital project as an example,BIM technology is applied to improve the net height analysis method of the project.Revit software is used to analyze the spatial structure at special areas,extract pipeline information,and export spatial data;combined with the overall decoration practice,to find the most unfavorable position and key links of net height,draw pipeline profile,and realize the suppased net height.After practical engineering application,this method has small deviation and certain significance on the net height analysis results of hospital projects.
