摘要
目的探讨老年女性骨质疏松症股骨颈骨折患者采取阶段性心理疏导联合康复护理干预的作用。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月兰陵县人民医院骨科收治的96例老年女性骨质疏松症股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=48)。对照组采取常规模式,观察组实施阶段性心理疏导、康复护理结合模式,比较两组护理前后心理弹性、髋关节功能。结果观察组的心理疏导量表各分项得分与髋关节功能得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年女性骨质疏松股骨颈骨折患者实施阶段性心理疏导联合康复护理能有效调节心理弹性,改善髋关节功能,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of combined intervention of psychological counseling and rehabilitation nursing on the psychological resilience and hip joint function in elderly women with osteoporotic femoral neck fracture.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,96 patients with osteoporotic femoral neck fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Lanling County People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=48)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional mode,and the observation group implemented the combination mode of staged psychological counseling and rehabilitation nursing.The psychological resilience and hip function before and after nursing of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of psychological counseling and hip function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged psychological counseling combined with rehabilitation nursing can effectively regulate psychological resilience and improve hip function in elderly female patients with osteoporotic femoral neck fracture,which is worthy of promotion.
