摘要
采用气相色谱—质谱法分析糯米藤石油醚提取物的挥发性成分。结果表明,从石油醚提取物中共检测出70种成分,鉴定了其中的51种,包括27种脂肪族类成分、14种芳香族类成分、9种萜类及其衍生物、1种甾体成分,占出峰总数的90.12%。其中,α-亚麻酸(19.30%)、亚油酸(13.49%)、γ-sitosterol(13.39%)、植物醇(11.86%)等成分的相对含量在10.0%以上。所鉴定的化合物均首次从珍珠荚蒾地上部分中检测到。
The volatile constituent of petroleum ether extracts from Gonostegia hirta(Bl.) Miq. was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that 51 components from the sample, including 27 hydrocarbons and their derivatives, 14 Aromatic components, 9 terpenes and their derivatives and one steroid. Among them, the sum of the relative content of identified components accounts for 90.12% of the total outflow peak area, and the contents of Linolenic acid(19.30%), Linoleic acid(13.49%), gamma-Sitosterol(13.39%) and Phytol(11.86%) are abundant. All identified compounds were detected for the first time from wild Gonostegia hirta from Guizhou province.
