云南5个主要甘蔗品种蔗叶的营养成分分析 被引量:2

Analysis of nutritional components in leaves of five main sugarcane varieties in Yunnan

摘要 试验旨在分析蔗叶的主要营养成分,为蔗叶资源化利用提供参考。选取云南5个主要的甘蔗品种ROC 22、粤糖93-159、柳城05-136、云蔗05-51和云蔗08-1609剥叶模式下的非功能蔗叶,经干燥预处理后,对样品的水分、水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)、蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、抗营养因子、pH值、发热量、纤维分和有机酸进行分析比较。结果显示:各品种蔗叶平均含水量为72.38%,干重水分在6.98%~7.16%,ROC 22与粤糖93-159蔗叶含水量显著低于云蔗05-51、云蔗08-1609和柳城05-136(P<0.05)。不同品种甘蔗叶片经过预处理后,干叶干物质(DM)含量在92.84%~93.02%。5个甘蔗品种伸长中期的蔗叶WSC含量从高到低排序依次是云蔗05-01、云蔗08-1609、ROC 22、柳城05-136和粤糖93-159;CP含量从高到低排序依次是ROC 22、云蔗05-51、云蔗08-1609、柳城05-136和粤糖93-159。粤糖93-159和柳城05-136蔗叶中EE含量最低,云蔗05-51最高。5个甘蔗品种蔗叶中的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量最低的是云蔗05-51,最高是ROC 22;ROC 22与云蔗08-1609的酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量均在46.90%及以上,显著高于其余3个品种(P<0.05)。云蔗05-51的蔗叶纤维素含量最低,柳城05-136的蔗叶半纤维素和木质素含量最低,粤糖93-159的蔗叶半纤维素含量最高,ROC22的蔗叶木质素和酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)含量最高。云蔗05-51蔗叶的发热量最低,ROC 22最高。蔗叶中乙酸和乳酸含量范围分别为1.16%~1.38%、0.85%~0.99%,含有少量丙酸和丁酸,5个甘蔗品种蔗叶中平均有机酸含量为2.28%。蔗叶pH值呈弱酸性,范围在5.58~5.69。研究表明,伸长中期蔗叶的基本成分因品种不同而差异显著,基本成分与蔗梢相近,可直接作为青贮饲草原料。 The experiment was to analyse the main nutrient components of sugarcane leaves and provide reference for the resource utilization of sugarcane leaves.The non functional sugarcane leaves of five major sugarcane varieties in Yunnan Province,ROC 22,Yuetang 93-159,Liucheng 05-136,Yunzhe 05-51 and Yunzhe 08-1609,were selected for the study.After drying pretreatment,the moisture,WSC,CP,EE,anti-nutrient factor,pH value,calorific value,fiber content and organic acid of the samples were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the average leaf water content of each variety was 72.38%,and the dry weight water content was 6.98%~7.16%.The leaf water content of ROC 22 and Yuetang93-159 was significantly lower than that of Yunzhe 05-51,Yunzhe 08-1609 and Liucheng 05-136(P<0.05).After pretreatment,the DM content of sugarcane leaves of different varieties ranged from 92.84%to 93.02%.The WSC content in the leaves of the five sugarcane varieties at the middle elongation stage was ranked from high to low in the order of Yunzhe 05-51,Yunzhe 08-1609,ROC 22,Liucheng 05-136 and Yuetang 93-159.The order of CP content from high to low is ROC 22,Yunzhe 05-51,Yunsugarcane 08-1609,Liucheng 05-136 and Yuetang 93-159.The EE content in the leaves of Yuetang 93-159 and Liucheng 05-136 was the lowest,while that of Yunzhe 05-51 was the highest.The lowest content of NDF in the leaves of five sugarcane varieties was the lowest in Yunzhe 05-51and the highest content was ROC 22.The content of ADF in ROC 22 and Yunzhe 08-1609 was 46.90%and above,significantly higher than that in the other three varieties(P<0.05).The cellulose content in the leaves of Yunzhe 05-51 was the lowest,the hemicellulose and lignin content in the leaves of Liucheng 05-136 was the lowest,the hemicellulose content in the leaves of Yuetang 93-159 was the highest,and the lignin and ADL content in the leaves of ROC 22 was the highest.The calorific value of Yunzhe 05-51leaves was the lowest and the highest was ROC 22.The content of acetic acid and lactic acid in sugarcane leaves ranged from 1.16%to 1.38%and 0.85%to 0.99%,respectively,containing a small amount of propionic acid and butyric acid.The average content of organic acid in sugarcane leaves of five sugarcane varieties was 2.28%.The p H value of sugarcane leaves was weak acid,ranging from 5.58 to 5.69.The study indicates that the basic components of sugarcane leaves in the middle elongation stage are obviously different with different varieties,and the basic components were similar to those of sugarcane shoots,which can be directly used as silage forage materials.
