摘要
蓟州区是天津市唯一持有“绿水青山就是金山银山”实践创新基地和“国家生态文明建设示范区”两块金字招牌的地区,自然资源、文化资源丰厚,生态环境质量优良。分析了蓟州区“绿水青山”转化“金山银山”的成效、优势及不足,并针对性地提出了“绿水青山”转化“金山银山”的路径,以期最大限度拓宽蓟州区资源价值转化路径,释放生态产品价值。
Jizhou District is the only area in Tianjin that holds two golden signs of "National Demonstration Area for Ecological Civilization Construction" and "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets". This paper deeply analyzes the effects,advantages and disadvantages of the transformation of "lucid waters and lush mountains" into "golden mountains and silver mountains" in Jizhou District,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of "lucid waters and lush mountains" into "golden mountains and silver mountains",in order to maximize the expansion of the transformation path of resource value in Jizhou District to release the value of ecological products.
