改性油脂乙氧基化物在个人洗护用品中的应用

摘要 以最常用的AEO9和AES为对比样,研究了改性油脂乙氧基化物SOE-N-60对食用油污布、两种自制的化妆品模拟污垢的去污性能;测试了SOE-N-60对橄榄精油的增溶能力;同时研究了其泡沫性能。结果表明:SOE-N-60对食用油标准污布的去污能力优于AEO9和AES,SOE-N-60和对比样AEO9、AES对第一种化妆品模拟污垢的去污率分别为99.52%、98.53%和60.74%,对第二种化妆品模拟污垢的去污率分别为70.76%、99.70%和63.93%;SOE-N-60对橄榄精油的增溶能力优于AES和AEO9;与常见的表面活性剂相比,SOE-N-60属于低泡型表面活性剂,但在用量为0.5%~2.0%时,不影响复配体系的发泡能力。在此基础上制备了含SOE-N-60的洗手液、沐浴液、洁面乳的基础配方,配方具有良好的低温稳定性和泡沫性能。 The detergency of modified oil ethoxylates SOE-N-60 on edible oil dirty cloth and two self-made cosmetics simulate dirt was investigated using AEO9 and AES as comparison samples;The solubilization ability of SOE-N-60 to water insoluble components was tested as well as foaming properties.And results showed that the whiteness difference of edible oil dirty cloth before/after washing with SOE-N-60 is higher than AEO9 and AES;The decontamination rates of SOE-N-60、AEO9 and AES to the first self-made cosmetics simulate dirt are 99.52%、98.53%and 70.76%respectively,and the decontamination rates to the second self-made cosmetics simulate dirt are 70.76%、99.70%and 63.93%;SOE-N-60 has good solubilization ability to olive oil;SOE-N-60 is low foam compared with common used AEO9 and AES,but when the dosage is 0.5%~2.0%,the foaming ability of the composite surfactants system was not affected.Based on this investigation,the basic formulas of hand washing liquid,bath liquid and facial cleanser containing SOE-N-60 were prepared,which had good low temperature stability and foam performance.
