摘要
中国已经迈入“十四五”时期,高质量成为发展的主旋律。而生物医药作为我国“十四五”规划中战略性新兴产业的主攻方向,更是成为推进健康中国建设的重要支撑点。西宁市作为青海生物医药产业的集聚区和核心产业园区,研究西宁市生物医药产业发展现状,总结制约生物医药产业发展的关键因素,提出补强生物医药产业链的具体措施,为相关政策的制定和落实提供支撑,推动西宁市生物医药产业高质量发展。
China has entered the“14th Five-Year Plan”period, and high quality has become the main theme of development. As the main direction of strategic emerging industries in China’s “14th Five-Year Plan”,biomedicine has become an important support point for promoting the construction of a Healthy China. As a gathering area and core industrial park of Qinghai’s biomedical industry, we have studied the current situation and summarized the key factors that restrict the development of the bio pharmaceutical industry in Xining City, to propose specific measures to strengthen the bio pharmaceutical industry chain, provide support for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies, and boost high-quality development of the bio pharmaceutical industry in Xining City.
