摘要
随着我国人口老龄化形势日益严峻,养老保障成为重大的现实问题。数字经济背景下智慧养老作为养老产业发展的新业态,为应对严峻的人口老龄化形势提供了新路径。本文选择SWOT分析方法,立足于郑州市智慧养老发展现状,对其具有的劣势、优势,以及面临的机会与威胁展开研究,并针对性地提出加强智慧养老人才队伍建设、破解老年群体数字鸿沟、注重智慧养老平台构建、加强顶层设计的策略,为今后城市和行业发展提供参考。
With the increasingly serious population aging in China,the security of elderly care has become a major problem in practice.As a new model of the development of the elderly care industry in the digital economy,intelligent elderly care provides new paths to cope with the severe problem of population aging.This paper selects the method of SWOT analysis,based on the current situation of the development of intelligent elderly care in Zhengzhou City,studies the disadvantages and advantages,as well as the opportunities and threats intelligent elderly care faces,and puts forward the strategies for strengthening the establishment of the talent teams of smart elderly care,breaking the digital divides of the elderly,focusing on building platforms of intelligent elderly care,and strengthening the top-level design for the future development of cities and industries.
