摘要
探讨化纤高浓度油剂废水的处理工艺,先酸化水解分解油剂废水表面活性剂,降低化学需氧量(COD),再通过好氧生化进行深度处理,最后通过沉淀处理达标排放入城市污水处理管网。废水经处理后,出水COD值稳定在100 mg/L以下,处理成本仅11元/t左右,产生污泥量极少,该处理方法具有一定的参考借鉴价值。
The treatment process of high concentration oil agent wastewater from chemical fiber industryis discussed. Firstly, the surfactant of oil agent wastewater is decomposed by acidification and hydrolysis to reduce chemical oxygen demand(COD), then the advanced treatment is carried out by aerobic biochemistry,and finally the wastewater is discharged into the urban sewage treatment network after reaching the discharge standard through sedimentation treatment. After the treatment of wastewater, the COD value of effluent is stable below 100 mg/L, the treatment cost is only about 11 yuan/t, and the amount of sludge is very small. This treatment method has certain reference value.
