摘要
目的探讨综合运营管理在医院管理中的应用效果。方法将厦门大学附属心血管病医院2022年1—6月实施综合运营管理改革阶段设定为综合运营管理阶段,将2021年7—12月实施传统综合管理阶段作为对照阶段。从医护考核机制、财务管理机制、医院物资采购管理、人力资源机制、档案管理机制、风险管理机制方面着手进行管理效果评估,比较两种方法实施的管理满意度。结果综合运营管理阶段医护人员对医护考核机制、财务管理机制、医院物资采购、人力资源机制、档案管理机制、风险管理机制满意度评分均高于对照阶段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院实施综合运营管理,对现有的管理制度进行改进,采取新的、行之有效的策略,同时根据医院的成本状况,建立一个独立的管理费用系统。综合运营管理效果确切,有利于提高管理质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive operation management in hospital management.Methods Xiamen University Affiliated Cardiovascular Hospital implemented the comprehensive operation management reform system from January 2022 to June 2022.This stage was set as the comprehensive operation management stage,and the traditional comprehensive management stage from July 2021 to December 2021 was used as the control stage.The management effect from the aspects of medical assessment mechanism,financial management mechanism,hospital material procurement management,human resource mechanism,file management mechanism and risk management mechanism were evaluated to compare the management satisfaction.Results In the stage of comprehensive operation and management,the satisfaction scores of medical staff on medical and nursing assessment mechanism,financial management mechanism,hospital material procurement,human resource mechanism,file management mechanism and risk management mechanism were higher than those in the control stage,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To implement the comprehensive operation management,the hospital must reform the existing management system,adopt new and effective strategies,and establish an independent management expense system according to the hospital’s cost status.The implementation of comprehensive operation management was effective and conducive to improving the quality of management,which was worthy of practising and promoting.
