摘要
阅卷工作是出版专业技术人员职业资格考试工作的重要环节。梳理总结阅卷工作经验和取得的成绩,有利于推动出版专业技术人员职业资格考试工作的发展。文章以我国出版专业职业资格制度的建立和考试工作的开展为背景,回顾了阅卷工作由人工批阅评分到计算机辅助阅卷的发展过程,从阅卷专家队伍的建设、阅卷工作流程和阅卷质量检查等方面对阅卷工作经验和特色加以总结。指出阅卷工作始终本着对国家负责、对行业负责、对考生负责的高度责任感,保证了出版专业技术人员职业资格考试工作的公平、公正和规范,促进了出版人才队伍的专业化和职业化建设。
Marking work is an important part of the work of the Qualification Examination for Publishing Professionals.This paper sorts out and summarizes the working experience and achievements of marking work to promote the development of the Qualification Examination for Publishing Professionals.Based on the establishment of the qualification system of publishing professionals in China and the development of the examination work,this paper reviews the development process of the marking work from manual marking to computer-assisted marking,and summarizes the experience and characteristics of the marking work from the aspects of the construction of the marking expert team,the marking work process and the quality inspection of the marking work.It is pointed out that the marking work is always based on a high sense of responsibility for the country,the industry and the examinees,which ensures the fairness,impartiality and standardization of the Qualification Examination for Publishing Professionals,and promotes the publishing talent team to become more special and professional.nd promotes the publishing talent team to become more special and professional.
