基于S7-200 SMART的自动露点气体发生系统设计

摘要 为实现标准露点气体的自动发生,应用S7-200 SMART型PLC和二级分流法原理,设计了一套自动露点气体发生系统。介绍了二级分流法的原理与分流各路流量的计算方法,设计了再生干燥与露点气体发生的工艺流程,并利用S7-200 SMART型PLC结合STEP 7-MicroWIN SMART编程软件与WinCC flexible SMART V3组态设计软件实现了系统功能。设计了自动/手动,二级/一级四种模式用于不同情况下的露点发生,并对-70℃~20℃的露点发生情况进行了测试。结果表明,系统发生气体露点在-70℃~20℃范围内,最大绝对误差不超过0.29℃,满足工业检测要求。 In order to realize the automatic generation of standard dew point gas,a set of automatic dew point gas generation system is designed by using S7-200 SMART PLC according to the principle of two-stage shunt method.The principle of the two-stage split flow method and the calculation method of the flow of each split flow are introduced,the process flow of regenerative drying and dew point gas generation is designed,and the system function is realized by using S7-200 smart PLC,step 7-microwin smart programming software and WinCC Flexible Smart V3 configuration design software.Four modes of automatic/manual,two level/one level are designed,which are used for dew point occurrence under different conditions,and the dew point occurrence within the temperature range of-70℃~20℃is tested.The results show that the dew point of the gas generated in the system is in the range of-70℃~20℃,and the maximum absolute error is no more than 0.29℃,which meets the requirements of industrial detection.
