转子初始弯曲对航空发动机振动的影响 被引量:3

摘要 针对某型发动机地面性能调试试验中所表现的振动特征,推测高压转子工作状态不佳为振动异常的可能原因。对发动机分解检查时发现高压压气机后轴存在跳动超差的现象。更换满足要求的后轴后,发动机未再出现类似异常振动,证明振动分析的正确性。为探索该弯曲转子在发动机动平衡及真实运转过程中的力学表现,利用带初始弯曲的Jeffcott转子对目前低速动平衡的原理进行了推导,说明了低速动平衡不能消除转轴存在初始弯曲对振动的影响。结合有限元仿真分析,对带初始弯曲的转子响应进行了计算,结果表明:若初始弯曲偏大,会显著加剧转子自身在临界转速附近的振动响应,给转子的安全稳定运转带来巨大的风险,控制转子的初始弯曲量级对控制整机振动具有重要意义。 According to the vibration characteristics in the ground performance commissioning test of an engine,it was speculated that the poor working condition of the high-pressure rotor was the possible cause of abnormal vibration. When disassembling and inspecting the engine,it was found that the runout of the rear shaft of the high-pressure compressor was out of tolerance. After replacing the rear shaft that met the requirements,the engine had no similar abnormal vibration,which proved the correctness of the vibration analysis. In order to explore the mechanical performance of the bending rotor during dynamic balancing and real engine running,the principle of the current lowspeed dynamic balancing was deduced by using the Jeffcott rotor with initial bending,which showed that the low-speed dynamic balancing could not eliminate the influence of the initial bending of the shaft on the vibration. Combined with the finite element simulation analysis,the response of the rotor with initial bending was calculated. The results show that if the initial bending is too large,the vibration response of the rotor near the critical speed will be significantly increased,which will bring huge risk to the safe and stable operation of the rotor.Controlling the magnitude of the initial bending of the rotor is of great significance to the control of the whole engine vibration.
