摘要
人口老龄化是21世纪不可逆转的人口发展态势。实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略,是中国在廓清人口老龄化所蕴藏的挑战和机遇,以及把握国家发展战略目标的基础上选择的实践路径。新时代贯彻落实积极应对人口老龄化国家战略,需要处理积极应对人口老龄化过程中的核心关系,避免典型谬误,把握认识误区和悖论,实现积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的认知转向,为开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程奠定人口老龄化方面的实践和理论基础。
Population aging is an irreversible trend of population development in the 21st century. Implementing the national strategy to actively tackle population aging is a practical path chosen by China on the basis of clarifying the challenges and opportunities contained in population aging and grasping the national development strategic goals. To implement the national strategy and actively tackle population aging in the new era, it is necessary to work out the core relationships in the process of actively addressing population aging issues, avoid typical mistakes, grasp misunderstandings and paradoxes, and achieve the cognitive turn of the national strategy to actively tackle population aging. Therefore, we can lay a practical and theoretical foundation from a population aging perspective, which enables us to open a new development stage for building a modern socialist country in all respects.
