摘要
文章针对我省高速公路局部路段存在的拥堵情况,通过优化路网规划、运用智慧交通、提升新基建建设等策略,精确施策,缓解高速公路拥堵,提高通行效率。利用高速公路现有的机电设备(沿线隧道及门架摄像机),建设基于视频的高速公路拥堵预警系统,能极大地节省了成本,系统较为简单,最大限度保障人们出行舒适度及满意度。
In view of the congestion in some sections of the expressway in our province,this paper adopts strategies such as optimizing network planning,applying intelligent transportation and improving the construction of new infrastructure to give precise policies to alleviate the congestion of the expressway and improve the traffic efficiency.Using the existing mechanical and electrical equipment(along the tunnel and gantry cameras)of the highway,the construction of video-based highway congestion system can greatly save the cost,the system is simpler,and the maximum protection of people’s travel comfort and satisfaction.
