Measurement and Spatial-temporal Evolution of Digital Economy Development Level

摘要 文章基于新发展理念构建数字经济评价指标体系,应用综合加权TOPSIS法测度我国2008—2019年数字经济发展水平,运用核密度、Dagum基尼系数及ESDA解析数字经济的时空演变特征。结果显示:我国数字经济整体发展水平提升且呈现“高-高”或“低-低”的空间集聚特征;南北区域差异显著,南方数字经济发展水平总体高于北方,具有更明显的空间溢出效应;2013年以后南方数字经济收敛态势快于北方,主要差距体现在数字经济创新维度方面。 This paper constructs an evaluation index system of digital economy based on the new development concept,then uses the comprehensive weighted TOPSIS method to measure the development level of digital economy from 2008 to 2019,and finally analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of digital economy by using the kernel density,Dagum Gini coefficient and ESDA.The results go as below:The overall development level of China’s digital economy is improved and presents the characteristics of“high-high”or“low-low”spatial agglomeration.There are significant regional differences between the north and the south,and the development level of digital economy in the south is generally higher than that in the north,with more obvious spatial spillover effect.After 2013,the convergence trend of digital economy in the south was faster than that in the north,and the main difference was reflected in the dimension of digital economy innovation.
