摘要
在“软件定义汽车”的时代背景下,汽车硬件趋于同质化,而软件驱动着行业创新。汽车功能复杂度在不断提升,当下的汽车研发也更为注重用户需求和体验。在这样的背景下,整车的开发已从“硬件导向”向“功能导向”转型。文章从汽车软件开发的几种模型入手,特别对比了V模型和敏捷开发在当前几大车企整车开发中的应用,针对流程实施中的各种问题,提出了一种基于V型框架的敏捷开发新模式,从功能层面监控和管理整车开发进度,以功能成熟度作为评价标准,实现产业变革下整车开发与管理流程的创新升级。
In the era of“software defined vehicles”,the vehicle hardware tends to be homogeneous,while software drives industry innovation. The complexity of vehicle function is increasing,and the current vehicle R&D also pays more attention on consumer demands and experience. In this context,the vehicle development has transformed from "hardware oriented" to "function oriented".This paper starts with several models of automobile software development,especially compares the application of V model and agile development in the vehicle development of several current carmakers.Aiming at various problems in process implementation,a new agile development mode based on V framework is proposed,which monitors and manages the vehicle development progress from the functional level,and takes functional maturity as the evaluation standard to achieve innovation upgrading of vehicle development and management process under industrial reform.
