高职教师专业发展的历史嬗变及其现实路径 被引量:1

On the Professional Development of Higher Vocational Teachers

摘要 高职教师的专业发展是高职教育事业发展和人才培养质量的关键,其内容包括专业理念、专业知识、专业能力及专业精神等。我国高职教师专业发展已历经三个阶段的嬗变,分别是以调整转型适应职业教育为特征的萌芽期、以教师群体专业化为特征的发展期和以重视教师个体专业发展需求为特征的趋于成熟期。高职院校理应根据高职教育的属性,从强化主体意识,激发教师专业发展内在动力,打造实践取向的培训支持系统,赋能“双师”素质,校企共建基于专业群的结构化教师团队,引领教师专业发展,完善保障措施,提供制度与资源供给等方面着手,探寻高职教师专业发展有效路径。 The professional development of teachers in higher vocational education,which includes professional ideas,professional knowledge,professional ability and professional spirit,is the key to higher vocational education development and talent training quality.The professional development of higher vocational teachers in China has gone through three stages of evolution,namely the embryonic stage characterized by adjustment and transformation to adapt to vocational education,the development stage characterized by professionalization of teacher groups,and the mature stage characterized by paying attention to the needs of individual professional development of teachers.Higher vocational colleges should explore the effective path of professional development of higher vocational teachers from the following aspects:strengthen the subjective consciousness and stimulate the internal motivation of teachers professional development;build a practice oriented training support system to enable the quality of“double teachers”;jointly build a team of teachers based on professional groups to guide the professional development of teachers;improve supporting measures to provide system and resource supply.
