摘要
为有效采油工程设计上未充分精确地确定影响抽油机井泵效因素的问题,通过建立抽油机井泵效数学模型、拟合泵效数学模型,利用拟合模型对抽油机井泵效影响因素分别与抽油机井泵效进行拟合;根据拟合线性方程计算实际抽油机井泵效与拟合抽油机井泵效的残差平方和,推导出拟合模型矩阵;获取抽油机井的实际泵效数据,代入拟合模型矩阵中,得到待定拟合系数所对应的数值,进而精确地确定抽油机井泵效影响因素分别与抽油机泵效之间的关系式,现场500余口油井应用,有效率达100%。为采油工程方案设计提供了精确的理论依据,能够达到提高抽油机井泵效、减缓自然递减率的目的。
In order to insufficiently and accurately determine the problem that are affected the pump efficiency factors of pumping wells in the design of effective oil production engineering,by establishing the mathematical model of pump efficiency of pumping wells and fitting the mathematical model of pump efficiency,the factors affecting the pump efficiency of pumping wells are fitted with the pump efficiency of pumping wells respectively by using the fitting model. According to the fitting linear equation,the residual square sum of the pump effi ciency of the actual pumping well and the pump efficiency of the fitting pumping well is calculated,and the fitting model matrix is derived,which obtains the actual pump efficiency data of pumping wells and substitute it into the fitting model matrix to obtain the value corresponding to the undetermined fit ting coefficient.The relationship between the factors affecting the pump efficiency of pumping wells and the pump efficiency of pumping units is accurately determined. It has been applied in more than 500 oil wells on site,and the effective rate is up to 100%. It is provided an accurate theoretical basis for the scheme design of oil production engineering,which can improve the pump efficiency of pumping wells and slow down the purpose of natural decline rate.
