摘要 为实现气象应急物资快速调拨,保障应急突发情况下气象观测业务正常运行,文章通过近年频发的气象灾害分析气象应急物资的需求特点,结合气象部门的特殊业务性质,利用物联网技术及RFID射频识别技术,对物资打码、出入库管理、智能盘点、智能物流跟踪及签收、智能报表形成等各个环节进行研究,设计了功能完善、基于全生命周期管理的气象应急物资智能仓储系统,为气象应急保障服务和决策提供了强有力的技术支撑。 In order to realize the rapid allocation of meteorological emergency supplies and ensure the normal operation of meteorological observation under emergency situations, based on frequent meteorological disasters in recent years, this paper analyzes the demand characteristics of meteorological emergency supplies, combines with the special business nature of meteorological departments, and makes use of the Internet of Things technology and RFID radio frequency identification technology to study various links such as material numbering, warehouse management, intelligent inventory, intelligent logistics tracking and signing, and intelligent report formation.An intelligent storage system for meteorological emergency supplies based on whole-life cycle management with complete functions is designed, which provides strong technical support for meteorological emergency support services and decision-making.
