摘要
概括“第三只手”调节经济的功能划分,总结高级形态“三只手”调节经济的力量组成,在分析自由主义弘彰“市场之手”力量、“市场的过度张力”需要“政府之手”修正、“两只手”调节经济缺陷与“第三只手”必然介入、我国具备开创高级形态“三只手”调节经济新范式新纪元巨大优势的基础上,深入探析中国开创高级形态“三只手”调节经济新范式新纪元的三个逻辑起点。为进一步探讨中国开创高级形态“三只手”调节经济新范式新纪元的实践特征、成效机理等夯实基础、指明方向。
Based on the functional division of the “third hand” in regulating the economy, the power composition of the advanced “three hands” in economic regulation could be summed up. On the basis of analyzing such propositions as liberalism brings out the power of “the hand of the market”, “the excessive tension of the market” needs to be corrected by “the hand of the government”, and the inherent deficiencies of the “two hands” in economic regulation necessitate the intervention of the “third hand”, it is contended that China now boasts the great advantage of creating a new paradigm and era of utilizing the advanced “three hands” in regulating its economic development. This paper therefore probes into the three logical starting points for China to create a new paradigm and era of combining “three hands” in its economic regulation, with a view to laying a solid foundation and pointing out the direction for further exploring the practical characteristics and effective mechanism of the new paradigm and era of high-level economic regulation via “three hands”.
