摘要
与商业企业相比,社会企业面临着更大的合法性挑战。在系统地梳理新制度、战略管理、利益相关者理论、组织身份理论和制度逻辑理论视角下的社会创业合法性研究成果基础上,分析现有多元理论视角社会企业合法性研究的趋势与局限;再从加强情景化研究、关注社会创业者个体和探索开展跨层次分析三个方面,对未来社会企业合法性研究提出研究展望与建议,以期推动该领域的相关研究。
Compared with commercial enterprises,social enterprises face greater challenges of legitimacy.On the basis of systematically sorting out the research results regarding the legitimacy of social entrepreneurship from the perspectives of new systems,strategic management,the stakeholder theory,organizational identity theory and institutional logic theory,this paper analyzes the trends and limitations of the existing research on the legitimacy of social enterprises from the perspectives of multiple theories.Then,from the three aspects of strengthening situational research,paying attention to individual social entrepreneurs and exploring carrying out cross-level analyses,this paper puts forward research prospects and suggestions for future research on the legitimacy of social enterprises in order to promote relevant research in this field.
