摘要
党的二十大报告强调新征程上要坚持“以政治安全为根本”,明确要求“建设更高水平的平安中国,以新安全格局保障新发展格局”。这为人民警察队伍捍卫政治安全、维护社会安定、保障人民安宁的职责使命注入了新的内涵,提出了更高要求。持续自觉切实铸牢人民公安“对党忠诚”的政治灵魂,将为依托新安全格局保障新发展格局,推动建设更高水平平安中国提供强大力量源泉。公安院校是培育人民警察生力军后备军的重要教学科研训练战线。公安院校“对党忠诚”培育对于新征程的安全格局、发展格局和平安中国建设有着基础性深远影响,理应因时因势提质增效。当前这一领域还存在理论层面通透不足、情感层面渗透不力、实践层面穿透不够等短板弱项。亟需通过理论层面讲深悟透、情感层面情深义厚、实践层面杜绝滞后来提升强化。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China'stressed that the new journey should adhere to the fundamental requirement of political security,and clearly stated that we should build a higher-level-peaceful China,and ensure a new development pattern guaranteed by a new security pattern.This has enriched the connotations for Chinese policemen s duties which include to defend political security,maintain social stability and ensure people's tranquility,and at the same time,a higher requirement has been put forward for police.Therefore,Chinese police should strengthen the political soul of being loyal to the Party continuously,consciously and tangibly,which will become a powerful strength source for a higher-level peaceful China.Police colleges are important teaching,researching and training fronts for new police cultivation.The education of being loyal to the Party in police colleges has a fundamental and profound impact on the security pattern,development pattern and the peaceful China construction on the new journey,so it should be further improved in quality and efficiency to adapt to situations.However,at present,there are still some weaknesses in this field,such as insufficient understanding at the theoretical level,insufficient influence at the emotional level and insufficient penetration at the practical level.Therefore,it is very necessary to deepen understanding at the theoretical level,enhance affection at the emotional level and eliminate lag at the practical level.
