摘要
辅助用户安全健康地烹饪是当前厨电行业创新研发的热点之一。首先,通过烹饪实验采集用户烹饪过程中的一系列行为及对应的锅内温度数据;其次,通过专家评价法对用户烹饪过程进行行为分段;再次,对划分出的各个子行为对应的温度数据进行参数分析,探寻其特征参数,从而对用户烹饪行为进行建模;最后,设计了一款辅助烹饪原型系统进行回测实验,以验证建立的用户烹饪行为模型的科学合理性。结果表明:特定烹饪行为段内采集到的锅内温度变化曲线具有相似性且具有特征参数,可以还原用户的烹饪行为。
To help users to cook safely and healthily is one of the innovative hotspots in the kitchen appliance industry.We collected a series of user sub-behaviors in the cooking process and the corresponding temperature data from the cooking implements through a cooking experiment,segmented the user cooking processes by expert evaluation method,and then analyzed the temperature data corresponding to each sub-behavior to explore its characteristic parameters and to model the user cooking behavior.Finally,we made an intelligent cooking prototype system for retesting experiments to verify the scientific rationality of the user cooking behavior model established in this study.The results show that the temperature curves collected during cooking were similar between different individuals and had characteristic parameters,and it can restore the user cooking behavior.
