摘要
为了研究三峡库区岸线利用情况,结合高分辨率卫星、无人机遥感技术和GIS技术,提出了基于多源遥感数据的监测技术体系,并对2020年三峡库区重点段奉节至夷陵段岸线的利用情况进行监测。结果表明:该段岸线利用率为30.11%,主要岸线利用方式包括生活岸线和港口岸线。该段岸线的库区上、中、下游岸线利用率分别为46.86%,23.28%和24.30%,上游岸线开发利用程度较高。三峡库区岸线资源需统筹规划,统一协调管理,以更好发挥岸线资源综合效益,保障三峡库区生态安全。
In order to study the shoreline utilization of Three Gorges Reservoir area,combined with high-resolution satellite remote sensing,UAV remote sensing technology and GIS technology,this paper put forward the shoreline utilization type monitoring technology system of Three Gorges Reservoir area based on multi-source remote sensing data,and monitored the shoreline utilization of Fengjie to Yiling sectionin thekey area of Three Gorges Reservoir area in 2020.The results showed that the utilization rate of shoreline in this section was 30.11%,and the major shoreline utilization modes included living shoreline and port shoreline.The utilization rates of the upstream,middle and downstream shorelines of the reservoir area were 46.86%,23.28%and 24.30%respectively,of which higher degree of development and utilization was in the upstream shoreline.It was indicated that overall planning and unified management was needed for the shoreline resources in Three Gorges Reservoir area,so as to give better play to the comprehensive benefits of shoreline resources and ensure the ecological security of Three Gorges Reservoir area.
