摘要 为分析人工智能、科技创新与经济高质量发展之间的关系,采用固定效应模型、随机效应模型及最小二乘法等进行实证研究。在构建经济高质量发展指标体系基础上,选取中国东部11个省份2010—2020年的数据,并进行多元回归分析、中介效应分析及稳健性检验。结果表明,人工智能对经济高质量发展具有显著的促进作用,对科技创新起着重要的推动作用;科技创新对经济高质量发展具有显著的促进作用,在人工智能促进经济高质量发展中起着中介传导作用。政府应合理规划人工智能发展战略,以人工智能助推科技创新及充分发挥科技创新的中介效应。 To analyze the relationship between artificial intelligence,science and technology innovation and high quality economic development,the fixed effect model,the random effect model and the least square method are adopted for empirical research.On the basis of building a high quality economic development indicator system,the data of 11 provinces in eastern China from 2010 to 2020 are selected for multiple regression analysis,intermediary effect analysis and robustness test.The results show that AI plays a significant role in promoting high quality economic development and science and technology innovation;science and technology innovation plays a significant role in promoting high quality economic development,and plays an intermediary role in the AI promoted high quality economic development.The government should reasonably plan the development strategy of artificial intelligence,boost science and technology innovation with artificial intelligence,and give full play to the intermediary effect of science and technology innovation.
