摘要 检索国内外最新相关文献,探究N6-甲基腺苷(N6-methyladenosine,m6A)RNA表观遗传修饰在脑缺血发生发展中的调控机制及基于m6A修饰探究针灸干预脑缺血的现状及展望。主要从调控神经干细胞、炎症反应、细胞凋亡、突触再生等方面,对近年来RNA m6A修饰在脑缺血的相关研究进行综述。针灸被广泛运用于治疗缺血性脑卒中的各个阶段,但目前针灸基于m6A甲基化介导的相关机制研究尚处于初期阶段。从RNA m6A修饰角度探讨针灸抗脑缺血机制研究,以期为针灸学科的发展与临床推广提供新视角、新方向。 The latest literatures were searched to explore the regulatory mechanism of N6-methyladenosine(m6 A)RNA epigenetic modification in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke and the current situation and prospect of acupuncture intervention in cerebral ischemia based on m6 A modification.In this paper,we reviewed the recent studies on RNA m6 A modification in ischemic stroke from the aspects of regulation of neural stem cells,inflammatory response,apoptosis and synaptic regeneration.Acupuncture has been widely used in the treatment of various stages of ischemic stroke,but the relevant mechanism of acupuncture based on m6 A methylation is still in the early stage.In this paper,the anti-cerebral ischemia mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion was discussed from the perspective of RNA m6 A modification,in order to provide a new perspective and new direction for the development and clinical promotion of acupuncture.
