PBL教学法在药学专业教学改革中的实践应用分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析在药学专业教学改革中应用以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的实践效果。方法随机选取滨州医学院烟台附属医院2019年9月—2020年7月接收的19级药学专业学生共100名,随机分为相同的对照组与观察组。对照组应用常规教学方法,观察组应用常规教学联合PBL教学,比较两组学生的考试成绩、教学满意度、学习能力自评分数以及学习兴趣。结果观察组理论考核、病例分析、床旁实践、常见病用药指导、药品储存与养护成绩均高于对照组;观察组所评教学趣味性、教学技巧、教学效率、讲师教学态度、师生互动、学习氛围均高于对照组;观察组基础知识掌握度自评分数、临床思维自评分数、沟通技能与人文关怀自评分数、文献阅读能力自评分数均高于对照组;观察组学习兴趣高于对照组,以上四项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在药学专业教学改革中应用PBL教学效果显著,可明显提升学生的考试成绩与学习兴趣,使其更加认可自我的学习能力,并对教学方法更加认同。 Objective To analyze the practical effect of(problem-based)PBL in the reform of pharmaceutical profession.Methods A total of 10019-level pharmacy students admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to July 2020 were randomly selected and randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group with the same number of cases.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the observation group used conventional teaching combined with PBL teaching.The test scores,teaching satisfaction,selfgrading of learning ability,and learning interest of the two groups of students were compared.Results The results of theoretical examination,case analysis,bedside practice,medication guidance for common diseases,drug storage and maintenance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The teaching interest,teaching skills,teaching efficiency,lecturer’s teaching attitude,teacherstudent interaction and learning atmosphere in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The selfevaluation scores of basic knowledge mastery,clinical thinking,communication skills and humanistic care,and literature reading ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The learning interest of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference of the above four indicators was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching in the teaching reform of pharmacy major is remarkable,which can obviously improve students’test scores and learning interest,recognize self-learning ability and teaching methods.
